All vehicles are given with an amount of fuel in them. They must be returned with the same amount in the tank. You may extend the duration of your rental by calling us at least 24 hours prior to the drop-off, unless the same scooter has already been reserved by another client.

The vehicles must be dropped off on the established date and time.
For possible delays please refer to "failure to return/drop-off"

The client immediately loses contractual possession of the vehicle should he/she fail to return the vehicle on the date and time established in the contract. Furthermore the client must pay a penalty for each day or fraction of a day, equal to the sum of the daily rental fee increased by 15% for the first week, and 25% up until the vehicle is returned or on the date whereby S.P. MOTO re-obtains possession of the vehicle.

Clients must pay a penalty of Euro 50.00 (excluding VAT) should they fail to return the keys, whether they were lost or stolen.

S.P. MOTO has given a photocopy of the insurance contract to the client. Therefore the client acknowledges, accepts and respects the conditions stated in the insurance policy. The rented motorcycle is covered by third-party liability, which covers damages caused by third parties, with a theft and fire clause. Should a similar event occur, the client must pay the deductible stated in the insurance policy. In case of fire or theft, partial or total, the client must, apart from covering the 250€ deductible, immediately notify the Authorities and give the original copy of the notification to S.P. MOTO within 24 hours of the incident. The amount due for the rental, as stated in the contract, must be paid also for the days that the vehicle was not used because of theft or fire.
Coverage is forfeited in case of total theft with failure to return the keys. Plus an insurance policy for the driver is included.
